Order Processing Steps

1. Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, a confirmation email is sent immediately. This email includes your order number, a full summary of your purchase, and an estimated production and shipping window (typically 3–5 business days within the U.S.).

2. Production Process (Days 1–2)

After your order is received, our production team begins preparing your jacket. Each piece is carefully reviewed to ensure exceptional quality. Hardware, seams, and zippers are tested for durability, while every jacket is finished with final pressing for a polished appearance.

Once complete, your jacket is packaged with a branded dust bag and a personalized thank-you note.

3. Shipping Timeline (Days 2–3)

We offer free shipping throughout Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada, and UK. Shipments are handled by trusted carriers such as AU POST, DHL and FedEx. Once dispatched, tracking information is emailed to you so you can monitor your delivery.

Processing: 2–3 business days (Mon–Fri)
Transit: 8–12 business days (Mon–Fri)

4. Important Customer Notes

Each jacket is custom-made to order, and for that reason, expedited production is not available. During our busiest months (November–January), please allow an additional 2–3 business days for processing.

If you entered an incorrect address, please contact us at support@aufashion.com.au within 2 hours of placing your order so we can update it on time.
