At AU FASHION, we guarantee premium-quality items packaged securely to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. If your order arrives damaged due to our error, please contact us within 24 hours for a free replacement.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
- Inform us within 24 hours for damaged or faulty items.
- Returned products are inspected within 3–4 business days.
- If damage is confirmed, we will issue a refund or replacement.
3. Return & Exchange Policy (Standard Products)
- 30-days return & exchange, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Refunds issued to your original payment method.
- Customers must cover return shipping costs.
4. Sizing Information
We recommend reviewing our Size Guide before placing your order. If unsure, our team will help you select the best size. Custom sizing is also available.
5. Exchanges
- Correct sizing is important to avoid return costs.
- Customer pays return shipping for exchanges.
- We can provide a prepaid return label for $20.
- Not eligible: Clearance, discounted, customised, and made-to-measure products.
6. Delivery & Refund Timelines
- Expected delivery: Within 14 days.
- Couriers may delay shipments beyond our control.
- Refunds are not issued solely because delivery exceeds 14 days.
