1- Do you offer free shipping?
• Yes! We offer FREE shipping across Australia with no minimum order.
• Shipping to the USA, UK, and Canada is available and applicable charges will be clearly shown at checkout before you place your order.
2- When will my order be dispatched?
• Standard products: 2–3 business days
• Customised orders: 5–8 business days
3- What are the delivery timelines?
• Express shipping: 1–9 business days after dispatch
• Standard delivery: 8–15 business days after dispatch
4- Which courier services do you use?
We ship using premium express couriers including
• AU POST
• DHL
• FedEx
• DPEX
We select the best courier option at dispatch to ensure fast and secure delivery.
5- Do you ship to PO Boxes or military addresses?
Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes, APO, DPO, or FPO addresses at this time.
6- Who pays customs duties?
We cover all customs charges.
If the courier requests payment, please pay it and send us the receipt. We will fully reimburse you within 5–7 business days via PayPal.
7- What if my parcel is lost or damaged?
If tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your parcel, contact the courier and our support team within 5 working days.
Once the courier confirms the loss, we will replace your items or issue store credit. Lost orders cannot be refunded.
8- What if I miss the delivery?
You must monitor your tracking div. If delivery attempts fail and the courier disposes of the parcel, we cannot be held responsible.
9- What happens if I refuse the shipment?
Refused deliveries treated as lost or destroyed. Returns can only be requested after you receive the parcel.
10- What if my address is wrong?
Please double-check your address before ordering.
Once shipped, the address cannot be changed, and delivery issues must be handled with the courier directly.
If the parcel cannot be returned and is destroyed by the courier, we cannot issue refunds or cancellations.
11- Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes—an automatic confirmation email is sent after payment. If you don’t receive it, please contact our support team.
