How to Take Measurements for a Custom Leather Jacket (Men)
Accurate measurements ensure your custom leather jacket fits perfectly. Use a soft measuring tape and measure over light clothing. Keep the tape snug but not tight, and stand straight in a relaxed posture.
- Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, under the arms. Keep the tape level and breathe normally.
- Waist: Measure around your natural waistline, just above the hips. Do not pull the tape too tight.
- Shoulder Width: Measure straight across from one shoulder edge to the other, across the back.
- Sleeve Length: Measure from the shoulder seam down to the wrist bone, keeping your arm slightly bent.
- Jacket Length: Measure from the base of your neck down to your desired jacket length.
